Capavela helps businesses plan project allocations, capacity, resource requests, and working calendars. You must be authorised to enter and manage the data you upload. Keep access credentials secure. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, attempt to access another customer’s data, or disrupt the service.

تساعد كابافيلا الشركات في تخطيط تخصيص الأفراد والطاقة الاستيعابية وطلبات الموارد وتقويم العمل. يجب أن تكون مخوّلًا بإدخال البيانات وإدارتها. حافظ على بيانات الدخول، ولا تستخدم الخدمة في نشاط غير مشروع أو تحاول الوصول إلى بيانات عميل آخر أو تعطيل الخدمة.

The trial lasts 14 days from workspace creation. No payment card is collected for the trial. After expiry, viewing and exports remain available while editing is restricted. Paid checkout is not currently available. The launch prices are US$19 per month or US$190 per year. No purchase or automatic renewal is possible until paid billing is enabled.

تستمر التجربة 14 يومًا من إنشاء مساحة العمل دون طلب بطاقة دفع. بعد انتهائها يظل العرض والتصدير متاحين ويُقيّد التعديل. الدفع غير متاح حاليًا، وأسعار الإطلاق هي 19 دولارًا أمريكيًا شهريًا أو 190 دولارًا سنويًا. لا يمكن الشراء أو التجديد التلقائي قبل تفعيل الدفع.

When paid billing launches, the checkout will identify the billing interval, applicable taxes, payment provider, and amount before purchase. Monthly or yearly subscriptions will renew unless cancelled before renewal. Cancellation will stop future renewals and retain access for the remainder of the paid term. These billing features are planned, not active in the beta.

عند إطلاق الدفع ستوضح شاشة الدفع دورة الفوترة والضرائب ومزود الدفع والمبلغ قبل الشراء. ستتجدد الاشتراكات الشهرية أو السنوية ما لم تُلغَ قبل التجديد. يوقف الإلغاء التجديدات اللاحقة ويستمر الوصول لبقية الفترة المدفوعة. هذه الخصائص مخططة وغير مفعلة حاليًا.

You retain rights in the data you provide and permit processing needed to operate the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of allocations and for reviewing reports before business decisions. Capavela is a planning aid and does not guarantee staffing, delivery, or revenue outcomes. Export important records regularly.

Access may be restricted to protect the service from misuse or security incidents. Material changes to pricing or terms will be communicated before they affect a future paid period. Account-closure requests will be handled through hesham.kadry@gmail.com. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
